The Delightful Xmas Dish

It's Xmas eve, I'm wondering about what will I do today. 
I decided to make my own Xmas dish and here we are... 
A delightful pasta which is made by me passionately. 
I'll tell u the recipe :
Ingredient :
Spaghetti pasta "La Fonte"
Beef burger meat
Shitake mushroom
Tomato
Spring onion
Quick melt cheese
Cheddar cheese
Olive oil
Garlic
Sugar
Salt
Pepper

Procedure :
1. Cut the shitake mushroom, tomato, and spring onion into small pieces.
2. Make sure to thaw the meat properly (1 hour before cooking).
3. Boil the spaghetti with hot salted water.
4. Stir the garlic and put the meat on the frying pan.
5. When the meat is in medium done condition, put the shitake mushroom, salt, sugar, and pepper on the pan, stir them evenly.
6. Put the quick melt cheese on the meat to improve its palatability.
7. Take them away from the pan.
8. Stir olive oil with garlic and tomato. You can add tomato sauce again if you want. Add some pepper, sugar, and salt to improve the flavor of the sauce.
9. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce together.
10. Serve it beautifully and add cheddar cheese and spring onion on the top of it.

Easy right?
